RIF form question

I'm hoping someone who actually does membership can answer this although it doesn't involve any secret info:

I noticed the most recent RIF form is type over which thrills me. It's also two pages which doesn't make any difference to me but might matter to the folks at a chapter using it.

I can either print my RIFs front and back, which is my inclination so they are one page, or I can print them so that the last couple of sections come out on a new page. There seems possibly to be a strategic break from page one to page two, and I think it's possible that the chapters would prefer them to be two separate pages.

Can anyone who handles RIFs at the chapter level let me know if it matters and what you'd prefer?

ETA: Well, now I can't get the 2nd page to print with my form information filled in. I don't think it's a problem with my printer since it prints the form itself perfectly. Any suggestions?

Thank you!
