Rivalry
I go to a small school and we only have 3 soroities on campus...my soroity is the largest and the other two are a bit smaller. We have panhell and that's good but for the most part the 2 smaller sororities tend to team up against us. Often we are held back b/c we are the largest. We put much time and effort in helping the other sororites recruit but their numbers don't seem to be improving and there is only so much we can do. It's creating quite a bit of tension at panhell meetings, and the rivalry between us is getting a little too intense. Any ideas on how we can meet a reasonable agreement?
