new chapter at my school

hey, a friend and I are looking for bring a new chapter sorority to our school. We don't know exactly how to go about doing this and would like some help from someone who knows. Also if there are any girls that think that there sorority might be interested in setting up a new chapter at a school in NJ please contact me.
