Smile When is it ok to use "soror"?

Hi Ladies, I know that a GDI should not use the term loosely, but I was wondering is it ok to say "your sorors" when speaking to a member of any sorority? I have done this, not in any way trying to be disrespectful, but with the utmost respect in my usage. To let the person know that I understood their bond and I wasn't a part of it, if you understand what I am trying to say, the member did not get offended ( I don't think she did), for she didn't correct me... I just want to make sure how other members feel about this. Also How about saying " The sorors that I have met?" Thanks for your responses and be gentle with me!
