Greek Fun Facts

What is something from your group that the average person doesn't know but is interesting/unusual/fun?

Gamma Phi Beta - It is a tradition to serve peanuts and olives at formal occasions. Personally, I wish we had gone with the “chocolatetaire" .

One of Kappa Delta's founders, Julia Tyler, was the granddaughter of President John Tyler. She had a half-brother, Harrison, who died earlier this year--180 years after his grandfather's presidency. Harrison also was married to a KD.

And here I thought you were going to describe something akin to the Pittsburgh Cookie Table! It does sound yummy - and fun!

Very cool! I love presidential trivia, especially the first 36!

The Chi Omega headquarters is next door to the Pi Kappa Alpha headquarters in Memphis. The Kappa Delta IHQ is about a mile away.
