Student already with a Bachelors.

I'm curious as to what the rules are on membership eligibility for students who have already received a Bachelors *but* are currently students of an institution. This could fall into a number of possibilities.

1) Student is getting multiple bachelors (on say a six year plan), but has been awarded one.
2) Student has achieved a bachelors at one school and is now going for a second bachelors at another school.
3) Student has achieved a bachelors at one school and is now working on a masters/doctorate at another.

Yes, I know that in case 3, they would be highly unlikely to be in student housing and in cases 2&3 are likely to be significantly older that most students...

(and in NPHCs would they be able to join the student chapter, or would the go with the local grad chapter?)

(I'm *not* asking for myself here)

For NPC groups, they simply need to be enrolled in undergrad and be registered for a full load.

So I believe from what you are saying, 1&2 are yes, 3 is no.

We allow both undergraduate and graduate students. I was told we are one of the few that do allow graduate students to join

Any matriculate of the institution is eligible.

That said, I don't think most organizations would find a med student or a law student to be a very good fit.

Any student at the institution is allowed to pledge and become an undergraduate member, even grad students. That being said, I seriously doubt a grad student would ever get a bid at most chapters.
