Okay so how many people go into a fraternity and are disgusted by their house. I'de like to assume that almost everyone is (depends on the fraternity I guess). We'll our chapter has a house improvment section in which people can get reimbursed for improvements done to the house. Granted they will not be payed for their labor but materials are reimbursed. Right now there are 7 different rooms being gutted and redone with new drywall and wiring and flooring. thats roughly a quarter of the house. This whole process leads to better looking rooms as well as more respect for the house. Also, you can stay in the same room for the whole four years if you want to. Our house is easily one of the nicest on campus inside (fraternities at least). I was wondering if anyone else does this kind of a thing in their chapter.
