What sororities look for?

I'm really nervous about rushing at the end of the month and I had a few questions as to what the sororities look for......I'll be a junior this fall but I have soph hours. Would that make a difference? Also, I don't have the highest GPA but I mean the cut off for rush is a 2.5. Is my gpa really going to hurt me? And also appearance.......I think I'm a pretty girl and I have lots of class and I present myself nicely! Is that going to help at all? Thanks guys!
