Angry U of IL Phi Delt MISCONCEPTIONS

First off this is in response to another thread about Chapter's Closing Down. There was an article in the Daily Illini about IL Phi Delta Theta in which the headline was "Phi Delt Charter Revoked". Anyone in the greek community would inclined to think that Phi Delts no longer existed at the Univeristy of Illinois WHICH IS NOT TRUE. If some of you actually took the time to read the article you would see that they cannot have a social calendar or rush this semester BUT THEY STILL HAVE THEIR HOUSE. You would have also read that they may rush next semester and that their social calendar will start next year. I hate how these rumors get started and spread throughout the Greek Community, because it is harmful to those in the house. These guys still have their house and are staying on campus, no need to start auctioning off their parking spaces.

I'm sorry for being so passionate about this subject but alot of my good friends are in the house and it is unfair to them to look at a misleading headline and not know the real truth. If you don't believe me, walk in the door and you'll see every single one of them still lives there.
