So Sunday I began Dr.Atkins diet (the first day was soooooo hard
) and I am challenging every single person to join me in
"Debt free,2003" Here's a few steps I took to empower me : I....
1. Gathered all my bills including the unopened ones and sorted them
2. Got a copy of ALL 3 of my credit reports
3. I stopped eating to satisfy my somber moods
4. I learned to say truthfully, I love/like you
5. Remembered that so many people are worse off than me
6. Thanked God for giving me strength...as someone on on the posts said let go and let God
