Yeah I was actually reading this before in the newspaper. Here is the link to the Ledger article.

Nothing to do with this topic, but I had no idea SGRho was HQ'd in NC.

ETA: Reading the article Vito posted. Swatted 201 times? Seriously, though?

They moved from Chicago to Cary maybe three years ago?

I thought most of the NPHC orgs were centered around DC. I figured they'd choose Indianapolis to have a HQ.
But I guess they made a smart choice, as you've stated

A little unrelated, but it bothers me when non-Greeks (like whoever wrote the second article) refer to hazing activities as forms of "initiation." I understand how this may make sense in their context, but it just gets my feathers ruffled when people think I'm talking about paddling when I mention a beautiful ceremony that embodies the values of my organization.

This chapter should be hanging their heads low with shame. In their efforts to make sure that they were bringing in the "hardest" line of the "realest" sgrhos and in an effort to avoid bringing in women who could be considered "paper" they have now gotten themselves at the very least an arrest record. Explain that to future employers.
