What a first game! Damn, what a nail biter but My Royals won. Now for game two.

Typical bets between mayors of KC and NY. If we lose NY mayor gets KC BBQ Ribs + bottles of Gates great sauce!! If Mets lose our mayor gets NY cheesecake. Don't seem like a fair trade to me!

Such an intense first game! I watched pretty much the whole thing and stayed up a lot later than I intended. Also strange how the broadcast was experiencing so much difficulty during the game, but I'm glad it got fixed.

Kansas City has been bathed in blue and I mean really bathed in blue!!

Man, that first game was a nail biter and I too stayed awake to watch it!

Second game showcased how the Royals play the game and won # 2. Now on to New York!! Hope our fans are treated as well as theirs were in K C but doubt it!!

Hope after what the Mets did to The Cubs, your HUBBy will want to root for My Royals!!

Big diff is the freindly confines of Royals arena compared to the way N Y acts against our fans who attend!

I said it in the ALDS, and I'm saying it now: KC just has the magic this year.

They'll lose Game 5 but wrap it up in Game 6.

The cynic in me would agree because 1-there's more money in 6 games than 5 and 2-it's easier to have the final game at home. I was able to correctly guess the outcome (number of games) for both previous rounds based strictly on money. I didn't THINK the Royals would risk the crown over money, but it is looking to me like they have it in hand, so they can give them (the broadcasters, mostly) this one. I hope I'm wrong. I'd like them to win tonight in a quick and easy 9 innings.

Well sports fans, another come from behind win for the ROYALS!

Win 7-2 IN New York for 2015 World Series Champs in five games.

They were very hard to watch for those who were faint of heart.

Oh.My.God. For those of you not from Kansas City. In the middle of this picture are 2 very busy streets. Union Station is on the upper right, the Westin Hotel is on the left. The WWI memorial, known lovingly as The Dick is the obelisk in the upper left. And this is a BIG chunk of land. That is a LOT of people. And I'm going to assume it will be blue all the way up to The Dick.
