Hey Everyone!!!!!!!
I've been down for the past couple of months. My computer crashed and I've been having to depend on the good graces of others. Even now I'm writing from my boyfriend's moms computer.
Anyway, to give everyone an update of where we are....
Things have been really difficult the last couple of months for our chapter. Some of our girls graduated from college and went off to bigger and better things. I'm so proud of them! Once that happened however, our chapter began to decrease. We went from 11 strong to only 3. We were thinking about just shutting down the chapter and going into other chapters. However, I have to say that we have one of the best city councils I have ever come across. They have been so helpful and great! We just recently had rush and we've managed to pick up 5 great girls who are ready to have fun with the sorority. Their pledge ritual is on the 7th of October and everyone's looking forward to it. I don't know what I would have done if we couldn't have gotten these great girls.
Just wanted to say that I miss local and prospective. Sorry I haven't been here in a while, but know that in your hearts that I'm missing you both! Local, girl, keep up the good work! We love the graphics that you are providing and it's giving chapters a reason to make their websites. Prospective, I'm missing you sooooooo much. Tiger town just isn't the same without you. Can't wait till you become a sister. You always know that there is a chapter that's waiting for you at "home".
