Where are these DZ's?

I have sent an email to the president of the Bryant University chapter in Rhode Island and the alumni relations person from that chapter to find out about any alumni invilvement in Providence. They never replied. Then I sent an email to the coordinator for the NE alumni group and again, did not get a reply.

What is up with this? I am moving up there in a month and it seems like there is not a DZ to be found up there!

Contact National HQ to find out a current alumnae contact person in the area, and be sure to let them know that you are having trouble getting in touch with someone. Every state should have an alumnae membership chairman right now, so National should have that person's name on file.

HQ is getting VERY serious about alumnae involvement, so I would think you'd get results if you send them an e-mail. If not, please let me know and I'll see if I can't do a little detective work for you to locate the MIA alumnae!

Don't forget this is the end of the year...the Bryant president may be (a) buried in finals, (b) finished with school and soaking up the rays in the Bahamas, or (c) working someplace with no access to the internet.

When all else fails, use the phone. It's hard to believe but there are alot of folks out there who don't live for the internet...that may be the case with the contact people you are trying to reach....
