I am at the end of my rope here, people.
Here's the scenario:
I received an email from CrushLink.com stating that someone has a crush on me. I went to the website to find out who this person is only to find out that I have to guess by creating a "CrushList". If one of the email addresses on my "CrushList" matches with the person who has a crush on me, viola...a match is made. Needless to say, I still don't know who this person is. Supposedly, they send hints if you don't guess correctly, but I haven't received any.
Has anyone out there received one of these emails? Is this a joke or something? Is there any other way I can find out who this person is? How long will they keep this going? What if I never guess who the person is? 'Cuz I am DONE guessing. Should I be scared/worried about a possible stalker?
I am being totally serious, people.
I just want to be able to tell this person that I am "off the market", so to speak. Although, if they know me then they would already know this, right? UGH!! I don't want this person thinking I am leading them on or anything like that. My goodness, this could be someone I come in contact with on a daily basis! I'm kinda freaking out because I hope it's not one of my students.
That is the LAST thing I need.
Does anyone have the foggiest idea what I'm talking about?
