I visited the website and looked through most of the available information. I've filled out the Chapter Inquiry Form and all but I was just hoping for some advice from current members and maybe even folks who have been through this process previously. I'm big on research and I'm not a fan of being caught off guard, so I'm kind of looking for what to expect and just some good advice.
Please and thank you

Welcome.
Since this question is specifically about Alpha Phi Omega, you may want to repost it at (
http://www.greekchat.com/gcforums/forumdisplay.php?f=61). Starting Alpha Phi Omega is different enough from than starting an NPC sorority or an NPHC fraternity/sorority that the information that you are looking for is likely to be somewhat specific.
I'll respond there if it gets reposted, or here later today if it doesn't. I'm an experienced Alpha Phi Omega volunteer staffer in the Washington, DC area.
