If it's spring recruitment, it's likely going to be MUCH different than fall since every chapter is not going to be doing it. It's not going to be like fall formal recruitment. Chapters have their own indivdual events on their own schedules.

Spring recruitment at ASU is informal, but Panhellenic does get involved. In the past they have required all the Chapters to set up a table for an "open house" sort of thing and then the Chapters who are participating take it from there. Normally Panhellenic compiles a list of women who are interested and passes that out to the Chapters who are participating. It varies from year to year on how many Chapters participate. Chapters can participate if their membership drops below 125 women which is ceiling for ASU.

The process is very different then fall recruitment. There are no Rho Chi's and invitations are usually done over the phone. The parties can be as simple as going for ice cream or an actual party similar to Fall Recruitment. It really depends on the Chapter and how many women they need to recruit.

One other thought. AGD (Alpha Gamma Delta) will be colonizing on campus in the Spring. This means they will be starting a new Chapter on ASU's campus. This might be a good opportunity for you.

I would contact Panhellenic and tell them that your interested in Spring Recruitment. Spring Recruitment is usually end of January beginning of February. Good luck.
