Hello! I will be a sophomore this year and will be going through recruitment at Texas Tech. I don't know a whole lot about the recruitment process and I've searched through threads to see if I could find anything on Texas Tech, but I haven't found anything yet.
Unfortunately I was unable to obtain any recommendation letters for any of the chapters, but I was wondering if anyone knows if Tech places a big emphasis on reference letters?
Also, will being a sophomore hurt my chances of receiving a bid?
I'm definitely going in with an open mind and will remain positive whether or not I receive a bid - any help/advice on my two questions will be greatly appreciated.
