Hello Sorors and Friends,
I have been off of GC for a while. I am just playing catch up and trying to see what has been going on. It's sad we have lost some topics here. Some of them were pretty interesting. Of course what is even more sad is the loss America has suffered in the last few weeks. In addition to this, yesterday, a strong tornado touched down in my area which is unusual for this part of the country. An area hard hit was the University of Maryland College Park campus and some lives were lost. I know a few people who have posted on GC from there so just keep them in your prayers.
Yes, my house is still standing, thank God. We didn't have school today because of the damage to some schools and power outages.
I just wanted to say hello and to let everyone know that I am still here. I will be extremely busy this fall and realize that GC is an outlet for me so I will be around more.
