Withdraw from membership.

Hello all. I know somebody that joined XYZ sorority and really regrets it. She regrets it so much that she filed paperwork to withdraw from the org. She told me the paperwork has been filed so thats that. Since then she has told me interested in joining ABC sorority now. I wanted to know how you ladies feel about that. If she joined and changed her mind is it ok for her to try her luck elsewhere? Thanks.
