how to stand out

I know there are many topics on advice for RUSH such as what not to say etc.
But I have heard that there are tons of sweet, fun, smart, cute, etc girls and after a while they all become a big blur.
My question is, how can a girl stand out among so many others that are just as appealing? Even if a girl's personality is great, there's going to be soo many others too so what can give that extra spark..that extra kick that makes a girl remembered and wanted above the rest?
For those of you that have done recruitment before, what has made a girl stand out to you before?

I mean obviously people are going to say that its important to be yourself, have a connection, be fun, look interested, etc and all that is very important. But since theres going to be so many people like that I'm wondering if theres anything else that adds to that and distinguishes a girl from the rest ..
