These are things we do in my high school to increase bonding!
1) BBQ Nite - For the new kids and teachers in school. They can all bring one friend from school and we usually play music, games (icebreakers) and have a small camp fire circle.
2) Talent Show.
3) Water Balloon Fight.
4) Clash Day - students come to school wearing mismatched clothing. Really funny.
