San Diego State: Two Fraternities Penalized (Theta Chi, Phi Kappa Psi)

At San Diego State University, Theta Chi has been kicked off campus for three and a half years, and Phi Kappa Psi has been suspended for 18 months, according to a news report:

These recent actions are related to the well-publicized drug busts in May 2008.
