Please pardon the crash:

ZBT House Condemned (Washington U in St. Louis)

Per the reports (below), an issue was how many men could legally live in the house (sounds like a zoning rule problem ?). Also reportedly, there were some issues about conditions -- uncovered outlets, etc.

The six residents were evicted; the university “has contacted each of the students to see that they have a place to stay, spokeswoman Julie Hail Flory said.”
