Friday, we are meeting TKEGuy for brunch so they can all meet while my daughter is still home. My daughter flies home Saturday morning and TKEGuy will be coming by my house that day.

While my daughter is here, we're going to put up the Christmas tree and other decor. I took Tuesday and Wednesday off and Thursday and Friday are holidays so it's a one day workweek. I like that.

What about you, Phrozen?
Sounds like y’all got everything planned out. This will be your kids first time meeting TKE Dude? Do you think they’ll like him? I’m sure you’ve shared good things about him.

I’m eating at two different places. I’m going to be in a wedding two Saturdays from now. Me, along with a couple other groomsmen are eating at the groom’s family’s house. Then I’m going to my fam’s house to bring in the holiday there. Nothing real big or anything. Just friends and fam time together.

I’d tell you to try and focus on 2025 as being a more positive year, but then I realized that’s not going to be positive for any of us. It’ll be four years of some bullshit. You’ll now have to wait four more years. Think positive, at least your father in law managed to avoid another four years of David Duke.

I think he and my son will get along great. I think my daughter will think he's kind of stiff and formal because that's how he comes across when he's nervous. Lol. They have heard good things and are happy that I seem so happy.

Sounds like a good time, mooching two dinners! Ha!

Lmao! When you have grown kids, and they’re meeting a new partner of a single parent, that’s about as equal to meeting the parents — the person meeting the parents is always nervous as hell.

Yeah. I’ll eat just enough so I’m still hungry for the next round of grubb Lol.
