Theta Delta Chi new chapter at Shawnee State Univeristy?

I joined this community because my friends and I have an idea of starting a new fraternity at our school. The current ones are a bit "lame" When you hear of the frats around here no one wants to join because they simply are "lame" as they say. They call them gay and such. We want to start a new one around here that isn't lame and actually draws recruits to it. I would love to start a new tradition around here we just don't know where to go with it. We are going to talk to the Greek Life about starting one, we have our morals and our rules pretty much set in stone. We have already scoped out a house where there can fit 8 members. We have about 8 people ready to start it also. We just need some guidance on where to start at. We know we have to either branch off another frat or create our own from scratch. IF we branch off from one do we have to get permission from that frat president to do so?
Looking to start a Charge of Theta Delta Chi. What do we have to do ?

Contact Theta Delta Chi and see if they are looking to expand or colonize.
