Why did you pledge Pi Phi? Because they were genuinely nice, felt at home the minute I walked in the door, great house on Milledge, and I like the fact that I could wear a halo and wings.

Chapter: Iowa Eta at Drake University....sadly, we no longer have a chapter there but our sisterhood is still as strong as ever (thank you Facebook)!
Current status: Alumna (since1991)
Why I joined: I really felt a connection with three of the girls - they were so amazing. As it turned out these three and two others became my best friends in the house. The other sororities that tried to recruit me on this campus felt superficial. They just didn't seem to have the right priorities. I wanted to be part of a "real" sisterhood.

Why did you pledge Pi Phi? I really liked the girls, we are all so laid-back (and got in trouble for saying that during rush, hah!). And my sister was a Pi Phi.

Why Pi Phi? We're diverse and accepting and super sweet. Arrows are pretty cool, too, and as a bookworm, literacy is important to me.

Hellooooo!
Chapter: Arizona Gamma
Status: New Member
Current Offices: None... yet!
Why did I pick Pi Phi?: Pi Phi always caught my eye because of the philanthropy, values, all those sorts of things but when I went through recruitment I was hooked by the second day. I loved it then and I've loved every day since even though those days are few, and I can't wait for every day to come in this wonderful organization

*Why did you pledge Pi Phi? From the first day of rush I was like, "Wow, these girls are down to earth, beautiful, fun and really seem to have a great bond." I was comfortable in the house the whole time but what closed the deal was the Prefs ceremony and the girl I chatted with for an hour (my future Big). And I loved the symbols and everything and the emphasis on being ladylike and classy.

14 years later I'm on Greek Chat...hi sister! I'm a Pi Phi at FL Delta too

Why did you pledge Pi Phi? I was drawn to the energy and enthusiasm of the girls in the house; after pledging I found it to be my home away home, it's so comfortable and welcoming.
