Most Greek advisors have master's degrees in student affairs. Go to www.studentaffairs.com and check out their site for a ton of information! You can even get all or part of that degree by distance learning.

Unfortunately, unless you become the VP of Student Affairs, you won't find big bucks in the field.

The rewards are great, especially if you love Greek life. The big problems come when the organizations act immature--you know, steal composites or cheat in rush. On the other hand, you deal with the same kind of stuff if you work with dormitories or athletics.
