Interesting 4/14/05 article from the local city newspaper in Chico -- the CSU-Chico president and the Chico city manager talked with a reporter about problems, challenges and possible solutions. Worth noting that both the president and the city manager are NOT by any means putting all the blame on Greeks, There seems to be awareness and real concern with problems at rental housing, as well as concern about what could happen with more "unrecognized" fraternities and sororities.
