Have to disagree on this one. The whole point of a retail business is to make money. If you have a market that you know doesn't speak English, you're crazy not to try and have employees that speak the language of that market.
As you've said, this is a capitalist society, and the question of whether these potential customers
ought to learn to speak English (and maybe they are learning, but don't feel fluent enough yet to try and, say, buy a car or appliance from your business) takes a backseat to the question of are you losing money because you don't have employees who can communicate with part of your market.
