I keep hearing this theory, and while there may be something to it, I don't really buy into it, at least not at face value.
What he has to do is choose the
best candidate, without regard to whether that person is a man or woman. If he doesn't do that, the basic credibility of the show (such as it is) is shot.
Bill and Kelly were clearly the best candidates in Season 1 and 2. This season, for my money, Tana is the best candidate (at least so far), so barring a major screw up, she should win -- because she is best, not because he needs to hire a woman.
As for Kendra, what exactly has she done so far? I haven't been (favorably or unfavorably) impressed.
As long as Carolyn Kepcher is sitting at the table next to Trump, I don't see much reason for him to worry about being labeled sexist because he hasn't hired a female Apprentice, unless a woman is clearly the best candidate.
