But for 60K, living in Kansas (though i'm not too familiar with Kansas, I'd imagine the cost of living is relatively inexpensive), they should be able to have a top quality person in the job who may stay for awhile instead of the frequent turnover we tend to see. Plus they can hold that person up to higher standards.
