I think Miss Michigan USA needs to win a prize for one of the worst gowns EVER. It just was not flattering at all.

That one that Miss Universe 2004 was wearing is gorgeous. The ruffle aroudn the collar was not overly done, and it showed a little bit of cleavage...but Utah's dress wasn't like that. It seemed like she used a little too much starch on the ruffle on the collar and that is what made it stand up a little too much.
Was it me...or did it look like one of the 15 in the evening gowns (I think it was Massachusetts) look like she has a breast augmentation? lol...don't ask me why I thought that, but her boobs do look rather odd in the evening dress.
