"Dr Karl" is wrong, and I'm not sure where he came up with any of the stuff he's peddling. . Sorry, Madmax. No such thing. Bullets in fee fall pose little or any threat. A typical .38 cal pistol round, or standard NATO 7.62 mm rifle round WILL NOT penetrate a skull in free fall. It might sting, but I doubt it would even draw blood.
