I agree that it's probably the birth mother in the chest. I think it was probably more like theory #1 or else Mrs. Huber's sister wouldn't know his original name. I think they went on the run to hide from the birth mother who wanted him back. At least we know who Dana is! Is Mrs. Huber's sister going to end up dead if Zach says something to Paul about knowing the truth?
