I saw an article a few weeks ago that stated that companies are predicting at least 1 million jobs will be cut this year
~ the highest number in 4 years. With so many employment cuts, do you really feel that your company or place of employment is loyal to it's employees? Do you think that they will be as fair as possible if cuts are necessary, or will it be "political"
(I'm speaking of office politics here)?
If you don't think that they are loyal to their employees, how does that effect your work ethic?
And on the flip side, at this time, how loyal are
you to your place of employment?
