We've lived in our current house about 2 1/2 years, but the satellite photo shows it as an empty lot. Guess the database is a little dated.
As for it being a little off, I checked several locations and it appears to me that the "arrow" generally points to a place in the street where the address begins -- as oppossed to the house itself. That makes some sense to me. Things don't line up perfectly in real life.
