The shots of San Antonio were taken before or about March of 2004.
The parking lots on campus that were closed to construction (and are now) were still open. The new dorms that opened in August are only half done (construction took about a year). and the grass on the ground looks dead/or dried up anytime between September/February. My best guess is Feb 04.
