I am not really IN school... just kinda taking classes and I have 4 more seminars until I get my Meeting Planning certification from CSUS.
I have to take:
Contracts and Liability
On-site Management
Special Events (elective)
Independent MP (elective)
At the end of July I will be DONE!
In the fall I'm going to take a couple classes for a Hospitality certificate at a JC. It includes culinary arts.
But so far it looks like there is only one night class... and that's Measurements for Culiary Arts.
