:: Patty Jackson's 411 for the week of April 4th, 2005:

The long awaited album and comeback for Singer Whitney Houston has
been put on hold indefinitely. Whitney is back in rehab, and according
to sources, she was forced backed. Whitney's mom Cissy has had enough.
She could see her daughter was killing herself. Cissy realized she
couldn't take another day of looking at her. Whitney was skeletal and
just a shell of her former self. Her hair and teeth were falling out,
and she looked like an old woman.
Cissy had to take quick action to
save her daughter who was caught up in the nightmare of cocaine and
crystal meth. Georgia's Fulton County Probate Court put out the order
to force Whitney back into rehab. Whitney fought the police the entire
time, and she had to be put in a cage in the police van. Whitney is
scheduled to be released at the end of the month if she is better, but
what will be the next step? Will Bobby be there to help his wife? Will
he encourage her to leave drugs alone? Will he set an example by
leaving them alone himself? Can her mom keep the drug dealers away?
They would show up at the house ready to give Whitney whatever she
wanted. Whitney's Mentor Clive Davis is disappointed. But, he realized
she is sick with addiction, and she will not live much longer if she
continues to do drugs. Davis was working with her on a comeback album.
He had big plans for her in 2006, but now that has been put on hold.
