Really?! Well, I never apply when they ask me if I want the 10% off so I'm clusless to the "new" ways, I guess.
Though I did get a new Pier 1 card about a year ago and they just asked for social and ID.
Personally, I'd still refuse to give it to them. If they refused to do my app without it, I guess they'd lose a customer...
