Choosing which organization that's right for you is kinda like buying a car. You see something that you like. You reasearch about it. Find out everything there is you can find out about it. You then decide if that's the best fit for you...that it has all the things that you are looking for. Once you decide that's the "car" for you, what do you do then? You start making previsions to make it yours. You "get your house in order". You make sure that you've done everything on your part to ensure that you get that "car". After that, it's all up to the dealer. Just hope that you don't have "bad credit".

OK Can you provide me with a hypothetical situation of an interest and how he/she might choose if it's not based on family pressure or stereotypes? If you don't feel comfortable posting that, then a PM is OK. I'm interested in this since most people in our orgs don't know what they want to be until they get to college and their choice might differ at another school.
