OK Can you provide me with a hypothetical situation of an interest and how he/she might choose if it's not based on family pressure or stereotypes? If you don't feel comfortable posting that, then a PM is OK. I'm interested in this since most people in our orgs don't know what they want to be until they get to college and their choice might differ at another school.
