I absolutely love MAC makeup and it's not as expensive as people think. If I were you, I would stop using foundation everywhere, except under your eyes, and use a light powder for oiliy skin instead. Also, have you considered the type of face wash you are using. I SWEAR by Pro-Activ. It's expensive but if you use it correctly you will see BIG results. I used to have oily skin and would break out around that time of the month but only time I broke out or had excessively oily skin in the last 4 months was when I didn't follow the three steps of Pro-Activ correctly.
