do SOMETHING every day. It'll help get you in the habit, that's what i've been doing. I know you need to rest your body sometimes, but if feel so much better if I do at least a little something every day. If I don't feel like doing a real workout, i'll at least take a power walk for at least a 1/2 hour and then do a 10 minute ab video or something. Variety is important!
