Ok, so here was my attempt. I had a lot of trouble getting the colours to display properly after adding special effects.
Oh well, I guess it's ok for my first time trying to do some of this.
Just an FYI - I am on a Macintosh using Photoshop 5.5 and I had no trouble. Then again, I wasn't following the instructions word for word - I had to look in other menus to get to some of the items she talked about.
