This is kind of a two answer; with no money, my house (b/c AZ summers get to be 115 degrees); with money, honestly any place other than 115 degree weather, particularly w/water (hence why I love water parks).
As far as I'm concerned my favorite summer place is anyplace with either air conditioning or water.
