I'm not a Lambda Chi, but I've ordered from MoD several times. The only time there is a delay in badges seems to be if yours was ordered during a particularly busy time of the year (following fall/winter recruitment periods).
If your badges come from MoD by way of your HQ, call your HQ to see what the delay is.
