It's just business. The Delta's are the largest Greek letter organization in the country, Black or White. So the market for their stuff is significantly larger. The same is true for the AKA with regard to the size of their organization.
The best way to counteract this is to demonstrate that your organization can move innovative products. Work with your chapters to place large orders with these vendors. When vendors see that there is money in selling your nalia, they will sell it.
Also, your national office should maintain an online store where sorors can buy the newest stuff. When you see a hot item, pass that on to who ever runs the national store. When vendors stock for the National office, they'll likely keep merchandise on hand locally as well.
