A certain small percentage of relationships stay in the kind of love that we think of as infautation.
You can usually tell because they act like adolescents around each other, a lot of affectionate playful touching and generally can make watchers a little nauseous.
Personally, I think thats what a true romance is and would think it appropriate to leave someone that you no longer felt like that towards.
What I am not sure of is whether that type of couple has an uncommon bond or just incredible social skills.
