Usually, the best way is to start a "fraternal organization"' of your own on the campus. Call it whatever you want, "The Roundtable Group", "The Rennaisance Men", whatever. Bring in men to the group, study together, do community service together, make up Tshirts with your group name on it, meet once a week and talk as men do. :
Then once you have the group established, try to see if a Natl org will sponsor you as a colony. Try some of your member's fathers or alumni who are proffessors on the campus for potential contact ideas.
